He had called a girl called Jessie B to his apartment after promising her that he will give some fashion modelling work. But he raped her. She went to police and complained. She was fine in the morning and even went for lunch with the wife of Jon's partner, Patrick F. Jon had removed Patrick from the board of directors of his company.
After lunch, she threatened my brother and later went on to complain of rape." Sanjana believes Patrick could have something to do with Jessie's complaint.
She added, "The medical reports of the rape are negative. It is clear that there was no forceful sex. Even the lie detector test came in favour of my brother.

Jessie's rape charge against Jon was his most serious offence. The other 15 charges included sexual molestation like attempting a kiss and performing lewd acts on a child.
